Rhema at Refactor: Building Movements not Monuments

CSDA Co-Director Rhema Vaithianathan spoke recently at Refactor (http://refactor.org.nz/), a regular event that aims to improve the New Zealand tech industry by “inspiring women to not only stay in it but get to the top”.

In this video extract from her talk, Rhema explains three lessons she has learnt as a woman in technology:

  • Embrace critical voices;
  • Debrief after every failure; and
  • Build movements not monuments.
